Redesigning my blog is not on my top ten list of things to do- ever. But as blogger with a very low budget and high standards I knowingly put myself in stressful situations when I start messing with it, and the result is…stressful of course.

Maybe the tech culture here in Silicon Valley is rubbing off a little, but Monday night I felt like a genius for being able to add extra coding to my site. Considering that the people who created the code surround me on a daily basis, that genius feeling was short-lived. Either way, I’m not a coder or a hacker. I learn by trial-an-error (a whole LOT of errors).

So, that’s what I’ve been doing since Sunday and my brain hurts. (How do you techies do it?!) I’m trying to switch back over to writing-mode which is much more enjoyable and fulfilling for me, but give me a few days.

I also have a magazine deadline, and a long list of to-do’s this week as we have our big fall kick-off at South Bay Church.

That’s what’s going on around here.

Check out the new site and let me know what you think. I have a ton more to do on it, but it’s the basics. The “About Me” page is new too. Hope you like it!
